Olympus FV3000 Upright

Olympus FV3000 Upright

       Overview:

  • Sensitivity: ★★★★☆
  • Speed: ★★★☆☆
  • Detection channels: 2 HSD, 2 PMT, 1 Transmitted Light
  • Recommendation: This system is faster than the Leica SPE II that it supplements and allows simultaneous capture of multiple fluorescence channels at the same time. Unlike the other FV3000 systems, this does not have a resonant scanner. Use if you need an upright system.

       Features:

  • Diode Lasers: 405, 445, 488, 514, 561, 640nm
  • Multidimensional imaging (XYZT)
  • Automated Macro to Micro Imaging and stitching of large area of datasets
  • Hardware Autofocus
  • NEW! Olympus X-Line objective lens for improved numerical aperture, image flatness, and chromatic correction.
  • Simultaneous Spectral Imaging
  • 2 Silicone lens for deep tissue imaging and prolong timelapse imaging (take from room #02-20)
  • 2 High sensitivity detectors (HSD), 2 PMT detectors and 1 Transmitted Light Detector
  • FV31S-SW Acquisition Software
  • CellSens for Deconvolution
  • Other Imaging techniques: FRAP, FRET, Photostimulation and Spectral Scanning
  • Excellent for Deep tissue Imaging

Location: #02-19
